Greg Hammond from concept 2 joins us today and we discuss the heritage of the most under used piece of equipment in the gym, the rowing machine!

Personally I hate it with a passion but that just makes me want to master it even more so we talk about the best way to use it effectively, why its a great bit of kit and we also get a bit down and dirty over CrossFit.

We also discuss the SkiErg and how it compliments the training on the traditional rowing machines.

All in all its a great episode with two guys who are still optimising their health and loving life!
